The move to our new space is almost upon us!!!
Yes, on July 3rd we will be up and running at our new location - 29 Whitney Avenue, New Haven (on the 2nd level).

                  NO Evening classes

Class Descriptions:
 
 
Boot Camp – This class combines cardiovascular and strength training intervals that fires up your metabolism and sculpts your body. 
Cardio Core - A fun, easy to follow cardio workout combined with strength and ab exercises.
Fat Burning Fusion - This workout is about getting into and staying in the fat burning zone. This workout focuses on range of motion and using core muscles - it could be called a standing Pilates class.
Pilates Fusion - This class combines the choreography of Fat Burning Fusion with classic Mat Pilates exercises.  A great way to get a bit of cardiovascular work with total body strength and flexibility while focusing on the core.
Pilates Reformer – The purpose of a Pilates Reformer is the same as the Pilates Mat class. By adding resistance to Pilates exercises the results are seen and felt quicker. By using a Reformer , resistance is added  and the exercises can be made more challenging making the results more pronounced.
Pilates Reformer BootCamp -An intense 60-70 minute workout using the Pilates Refomer, Tower and Chair. Class is limited to six people and is team taught by Sally and Amanda. An affordable way to get a  Pilates reformer workout into your workout schedule . The cost is only $20 a class. Registration is required.
Slim Sculpt - Using light weights to lengthen, strengthen, and tone the major muscles of the body, without building bulk. The best of Pilates, dance and strength training is seamlessly blended to slenderize and energize.
Taste of Group Fitness- A combination of strength, cardio and flexibility.
Yoga - Using movement, breath, posture, relaxation and meditation to help establish a healthy, lively and balanced approach to life. The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit language and means union or merger.
Zumba – A fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system.  You will leave this class smiling!
